Prerequisites

NOTE: Requesters for accounts and the user must both have a validated @tulane.edu Email addresses before a Redcap accounts submission are processed. This is verified for each request.

Persons outside Tulane i.e. research collaborators can be sponsored by a Tulane faculty member as a 'Tulane affiliate' once approved they receive a Tulane Email account. Do not submitt this form until that has be completed.
